Eraser v.6.0.10 error message

Greetings
When i run tasks manually i always get the following error message: Task complete with errors.
The task log error message reads as follows: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open.
I have googled this error message, alas to no avail. Please someone, shed some light on this issue.

Translated: The file is in use. But this file is probably a program.
