Free Space Erase Problems - Autocad/MyPhoneExplorer

When I try to Erase free space problems I get the 'Windows needs to close Eraser , sorry...) message, I am running 5.82 on xp. Also it seems to corrupt my Autocad 2007 and MyPhoneExplorer software and I have to reinstall them each time. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance, JoE :?
 
Same Problem when erasing free space

I get the error which tells me the progam must be terminated and I have a choice to terminate, send error report or debug. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
It seems still no fix to it. Currently, i am using safewiper to free up space on iPhone and Android.
