Please help ...

I used Eraser (v6.1.0.2284) earlier this afternoon to wipe the free space on a Windows Vista laptop.

When I started I had 190 GB free.

Now I've got 0 GB free!!

AND, when I tried to restart Eraser (hoping to clean up this ton of files!), it crashes immediately.

I tried to delete those files (with the odd strings of alpha-numeric names) manually - but I'm getting a message that says
I cannot complete the operation becauase I do not have permission!!

Please help! My computer is useless the way it is!

This is covered in the FAQ: read the sticky post entitled 'Common Eraser Questions)
