How can I export contacts from a PST file to VCF format?

You can export contacts from a PST file to VCF format using Microsoft Outlook, although the manual process can feel a bit slow if you have many contacts. I also faced this issue when I wanted to move my old Outlook contacts to another platform that supported vCard files. At first, I expected Outlook to provide a bulk export option, but it mainly allows contacts to be saved individually as VCF files.
To do it manually, first open the PST file in Outlook and go to the Contacts section. Then select the contact you want to export, click File > Save As, and choose the VCF (vCard) format. Repeat the same steps for other contacts if needed. This works fine for a small contact list, but it becomes time-consuming for larger PST files.
To simplify the process, many users prefer BLR PST Converter because it can export multiple PST contacts to VCF format at once while preserving names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details accurately.
