You can export emails from a PST file into CSV format using Microsoft Outlook, but it requires a manual export process. I also went through this when I needed to analyze old mailbox data, and at first, I thought Outlook would export everything in one step, but it works folder by folder instead.
To do it, open the PST file in Outlook, then go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose Export to a file, then select CSV (Comma Separated Values). After that, pick the email folder you want to export, such as Inbox, Sent Items, or any custom folder, and complete the export.
