You can export emails from a PST file into CSV format using Microsoft Outlook, but it requires a manual export process. I also went through this when I needed to analyze old mailbox data, and at first, I thought Outlook would export everything in one step, but it works folder by folder instead.
To do it, open the PST file in Outlook, then go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose Export to a file, then select CSV (Comma Separated Values). After that, pick the email folder you want to export, such as Inbox, Sent Items, or any custom folder, and complete the export. Outlook will create a CSV file that can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
This method works well for small tasks, but it can become repetitive if you have multiple folders. In such cases, users often prefer BLR PST Converter Tool, which can export PST emails to CSV more efficiently while preserving email details and structure.
