How do I completely erase deleted files from C:/ ?

Hello, guys. How are you doing? I'm a newbie to all of this and I wasn't able to really follow the Help Manual very well. So, I'm asking for a bit of assistance.

I do understand that previously deleted files are still retrievable from the HD due to modern science, etc. So, I would like to completely erase ALL the previously deleted files on my computer while keeping all the files, games, etc. that I now have on the computer.

Will this program allow me to do so? And, if so, how?

Thanks, guys. :D

Yes, Erase unused space will do that. Click on explorer/My computer/HD letter right click select from the subcontext menu "Erase Unused space"
