To export Outlook Calendar to ICS on Windows 11, you can follow a simple and easy process. Start by installing and opening the SysInfo PST Converter Tool on your Windows 11 system. Once the tool is launched, add your Outlook PST file that contains the calendar data. After loading, it will display all mailbox items in a preview panel.
From there, select the Calendar folder you want to export. Next, choose ICS as the output format from the available options. You can also apply filters if needed, such as selecting a specific date range. Finally, click on the convert button, and the tool will export your Outlook calendar into an ICS file.
