How do undo a Eraser Delete

Good morning,
At the end of last week I was using Eraser 5.8.8.2 to clean up some files on my Windows 11 PC. I was pretty sure I selected the correct folder, and proceeded to erase it. However, it seems to have deleted my entire Downloads folder.

Is there any path to undo the deletion?
 
Eraser works so you cannot recover any files. You need to keep backups as your hard drive could fail naturally
