How to Import Gmail Emails to Outlook Account?

If you want to move your Gmail emails to Outlook, the easiest way is by using the DRS Softech Gmail Backup Tool. This tool helps you save all your Gmail emails to a PST file, which you can easily open in Outlook.
Follow these simple steps:

1. Download and install the DRS Softech Gmail Backup Tool.
2. Sign in with your Gmail account (you may need to enable IMAP and use an App Password).
3. Choose the Gmail folders you want to move.
4. Select PST as the file format to save your emails.
5. Pick a location on your computer to save the file.
6. Click on Convert to start the backup.

Once done, open Microsoft Outlook, click on File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File, and select the saved PST file. Your Gmail emails will now be available in Outlook.
