1. Manual Method (Using Thunderbird & Outlook)

Step 1: Configure an IMAP Account in Thunderbird

• Open Thunderbird and go to Account Settings.
• Click Add Account and select IMAP.
• Complete setup or sync emails.

Step 2: Move MBOX Emails to the IMAP Account

• Drag and drop MBOX emails to the IMAP folder.
• Wait for synchronization with the server.

Step 3: Configure Outlook with the Same IMAP Account

• Open Outlook, go to File > Add Account.
• Enter the same IMAP account details and sync.
• Drag emails from IMAP to a new PST folder.
