How to migrate Thunderbird MBOX files to cPanel email?

To migrate Thunderbird MBOX files to a cPanel email account, you first need to configure your cPanel mailbox in Mozilla Thunderbird using IMAP settings. I personally faced this issue when I wanted to move my old Thunderbird emails to my hosting email account. At first, I thought cPanel webmail would directly import MBOX files, but it does not support that feature.
After setting up the cPanel email account in Thunderbird, I imported the MBOX files into Thunderbird using the ImportExportTools NG add-on. Once the mailbox folders appeared, I simply dragged the emails from the imported MBOX folder into the cPanel IMAP folders. Thunderbird automatically synced the emails with the server, and they became accessible through cPanel webmail.
However, the manual process became slow when handling large amounts of mailbox data. To simplify the migration, I later used BLR MBOX Converter, which helped transfer Thunderbird MBOX files to the cPanel email account while preserving attachments, folder hierarchy, and email formatting without any data loss.
