- To begin, download the Regain PST to Office 365 Migration Tool from the official website and install it on your machine.
- Open the tool after installing it and verify that Outlook is set up with your Office 365 account.
- The tool will automatically find your Outlook PST file(s), or you can browse and specify the file(s) you would like to recover manually.
- You will be asked to map every PST file to the respective Office 365 mailbox. This way, your emails and other information are restored in the correct location.
- The software provides you with the option to choose extra migration options, including restoring emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, and attachments.
- Once all is in place, click Migrate to initiate the process. The tool will migrate all data from the PST file(s) to your Office 365 mailbox, preserving the folder structure.
