i need help instaling dban on a bootable cdr

i have downloaded the iso file to my hard drive. when i click it roxio pulls up. i write the file and roxio says it was a success. on the cdr there are a bunch of files (boot.catalog, changelog, dban_1_0_4_i386.img, ide, install, etc.) that all have to do with making a bootable floppy. what am i doing wrong? i made sure i was down loading the (CDR/CDRW version.) twice.
