Install issue on x64

Can't run eraser after install with Vistsa Home Premium X64.
Msg that comes up is ...

The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application log for more details.

AP log is as follows:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Eraser\eraser.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762" could not be found.

Yes I D/L the latest thats posted.
