Need help erasing folder with thousands of gibberish files

Hi

I've just tried Eraser version 6.2 yesterday after someone recommended it to me to erase the empty space on my C drive. I chose one of the methods with 7 passes, and almost at the end of the process it froze. After hours of waiting, I rebooted my PC and now I have a large folder filled with gibberish-named files on my C drive and Windows won't let me delete it. The only thing I can do is remove the files one by one from the folder. That's an unfeasible solution.

Tell me what can I do to remove this folder.

Thank you.
