Apologies, but I'm new to this application.

I installed the latest version into my XP machine.

After installation a message box stated that naive options had been installed.

Opening Eraser there was a red "!" but only empty text boxes appear when clicking the dropdowns.

Have uninstalled and re-installed with the same result.

Help please to rectify.

Your Windows installation has not been updated properly. You need the Root Certificates update package from Microsoft. Download and run this installer.
