OLM file is an email database file for MS Outlook application for macOS. This file stores all type of emails, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals, etc from your email account in Outlook for Mac. If you want to migrate all these email data from Mac Outlook to Outlook for Windows, then you need to convert olm file to pst format. There is no option in Outlook application to perform olm to pst conversion.
