Should I see a progress bar, or other running indicator ?

Eraser v6.0.10.2620 / Windows 8 64 Bit / 500GB Western Digital drive

I'm a brand new Eraser user. I'm running Eraser at this very moment on a WD 500GB drive in Gutmann mode, attached to the PC by USB 2. Should I see a progress bar? The drive light is flashing, but Eraser doesn't show in Windows Task Manager - Thanks for your help, IM

UPDATE: I see that the Eraser indicator in the Windows taskbar is winking.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Eraser appears to be working normally for you. If you open the Eraser window, you should see a progress bar in the entry for your task (which will appear while the task is running even if you started the task from the context menu).
