Insert PST Files into Microsoft 365 Manually
Open Outlook: Start the Outlook program in your computer and go to the "File" tab.
Select ‘Open & Export’: Opt for the "Open Outlook Data File," find and select the PST file for importing.
Add PST File: Select your desired PST file and click “OK.”
