Anyone from IT support here who has needed to verify data inside PST files for users who don’t have Outlook installed? I get this case often, especially when redeploying systems. Users submit PST archives expecting us to transfer their emails. Rather than installing Outlook temporarily, I now open PST file without Outlook using SysInfo PST File Viewer. It has become genuinely time-saving for troubleshooting. It detects whether the PST is ANSI or Unicode and supports corrupted PST files as well. The tree preview makes it easy to locate specific folders or attachments before re-importing. Also, users appreciate that they can export the viewed PST content to formats like MBOX or EML if they’re switching clients. It’s lightweight, doesn’t modify the original PST, and helps verify mailbox data before migration. Recommended especially for MSPs and small IT teams.
