Unable to remove certain files

I have been using eraser for a while now, and have never had any problems, however recently I have come across one that isn't major, but still bothersome.

I tried to delete a group of files, and while most of them deleted, there were about 15 that did not, with this reason:
Failed: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-3203538761-1347812019-1922105020-1000\$REPS2C0\01 ??3??.jpg (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.)
Failed: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-3203538761-1347812019-1922105020-1000\$REPS2C0\02 ??3.jpg (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.)
Failed: C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-3203538761-1347812019-1922105020-1000\$REPS2C0\03 ??3.jpg (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.)
and so on...

I was wondering if anyone knows how to erase these files successfully, or at least how to get this list to stop showing up under errors. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

I assume they have non-english characters in the name. These files cannot be erased with Eraser 5 since it does not support Unicode. It will however be supported by Eraser 6 which should have a public beta sometime this year.
