I installed eraser on my win 7 box. I log in as administrator. Then run eraser. It says that it does'nt have permissions to run on the laptop. I can run it successfully on my winxp laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Head by the Eraser FAQ and read the top three or four posts. Those detail what you need to do to get Eraser running with administrator credentials: notably, you need to exit all instances of Eraser before restarting it as an administrator.
