That's as far as it goes. Nothing happens after "Please Wait", except the screen goes blank after about 10 minutes. I've made two floppies, both end here. What am I doing wrong?

Your floppy disk is bad or the floppy drive in the target computer is having problems reading it.

Use http://www.winimage.com/ to write the DBAN image file with verification, or try the CD-R version instead.
