A colleague is have a very difficult issue with a laptop. I want to send back to the manufacturer for debug. She already deleted her company sensitive document but as we know this is not sufficient. Could I have Eraser "process" the directories now and achieve the same result? I want to leave the Windows OS intact but everything else could be deleted/erased.
