Wiping an entire disk drive

does Eraser allow you to erase an entire drive? so if my computer has a single physical drive, subdivided into partitions C: and D: then will Eraser allow me to clean out all files on boot partition C: ? I think EraserD will do this, but if my computer does not have a floppy then it cannot boot to DOS, so can you suggest what to do?
 
If you want to totally wipe the machine you need to use Dariks Boot and Nuke.

Can you boot from CD-Rom? There is an ISO image for booting from CD available.
